CARDIO CONDITIONING CAMP
This metabolic conditioning class focuses on heart-rate and caloric burn, using a variety of different training modalities. This Boot Camp style class uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) that will challenge and energize you while helping you burn calories, improve your cardiovascular system and muscle endurance. Exercises are modified based on your level of conditioning in an incredibly supported environment…our members have each others’ backs!!!
STRENGTH BOOT CAMP
This full-body boot camp uses weights, kettlebells, body-weight training and TRX, in a high intensity interval training environment, with a focus on strengthening muscles while increasing muscle endurance. All levels of conditioning will benefit from this class as your instructor works to make sure you are working at the right level for YOU.
