CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Fit Camp

Ultima Fit Camp is our signature high-intensity interval training boot camp, designed to shock your system and help you achieve your desired results. The class includes a 10-minute warm up followed by a 50 minutes exercise circuit, combining high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, bodyweight exercises, and functional
movement.

Ultima Fit Camp focuses each day on different muscle groups,
balancing “strength and conditioning” with “cardio conditioning”. You’ll burn fat, and strengthen your muscles and develop a rock-hard core.

Ultima Fit Camp is the perfect workout for all ages and levels of
conditioning.

Power Flow Yoga

Ultima Power-Flow Yoga is a fitness oriented, vinyasa fusion class that combines strength, balance, and flexibility. A fast-paced class develops lean muscle, facilitates weight loss along with improving functional movement patterns.

Whether taking this class as a stand-alone workout, or as a way to supplement your current routine you will be increasing core strength and improving balance. By enhancing flexibility through movement, you can not only reduce your risk of injury, but facilitate recovery from pre-existing ailments.

Through modification, this Power Flow Yoga class can accommodate you whether it’s your first time on the mat or you can handstand for hours.

Counter Attactics 

Come learn real world self-defense techniques from a trained MMA and
Jiu-Jitsu professional. Everything from controlling a situation to
specialized disarming. Have fun, learn to defend yourself and get a great workout, all in one hour.

Fight Camp

Ultima Fight Camp includes a 10-minute warmup followed by a 30-minute exercise circuit, combining high intensity interval training (HIIT) focused on a unique combination of speed, agility and strength building. The class concludes with 20-minutes of boxing technique, including punching, footwork, body movement and general self-defense.

Ultima Fit Camp is the perfect workout for all ages and levels of conditioning. It’s a “1st Round KNOCKOUT!”
We recommend bringing boxing gloves with hand wraps, though MMA gloves can work as well. First-timers can borrow facility gloves to check out the class. All equipment is available for purchase at Ultima.

Kick-Box

Ultima Kick-Box is a cardio-based class including a 10-minute warmup, 20-minutes of drilling on kicking and punching technique, followed by a 30-minutes high-intensity Kick-Boxing exercise circuit.

Ultima Kick-Box focuses on burning fat, in a fun, challenging environment with great music and amazing instructors. A safe and challenging workout for all ages and levels of conditioning!

Bring Boxing (with hand wraps) or MMA gloves…First-timers can borrow facility gloves to check out the class. All equipment is available for purchase at Ultima.

Ultima B.A.M. (Balance Agility & Mobility) 

B.A.M. is a class that will begin by warming up the body for exercise. Then we take the participants through a series of exercises that mimic real life challenges. Each adjusted to meet the person’s abilities and challenge them for improvement. Different methods of exercise are used to stimulate multiple portions of the brain. The class finishes with a cool down routine. All of this while remaining within accepted parameters of senior fitness.
