Home of the low impact, high intensity fitness experience. We are focused on building bodies and strengthening your mind in our welcoming atmosphere where everyone goes their own pace! While we work on getting you in better shape physically, we also believe in giving you the tools you need to let go of your limitations and unleash your true potential, so you can take charge of your life. Our coaches bring a killer playlist to match their dynamic personality in a team driven environment where we make Movement a habit. Be prepared to dig deeper and fight harder for what you want inside the class so have the strength to fight the bigger challenges in your life. Most of all we offer new programming each month to allow you to see progress in the three pillars of physical fitness: (endurance, strength, and speed).

Upper Body

A 45 minute high intensity, low impact experience using rowers and assault bikes for your cardio. In between cardio bouts we will focus on upper body movements to get your heart rate up, while building lean muscle and burning fat. Pick up a kettlebell, hop on the TRX, or grab some weights for training that is built for strength and endurance in your chest, back, shoulders, and arms.

Total Body Circuit

45 minute high intensity, low impact fitness experience that is constantly varied delivering a total body workout that targets all muscle groups. Be prepared for circuit style interval training using functional equipment such as kettlebells, hand weights, resistance bands, and battle ropes. We believe you are the machine and the world is your gym. Expect some outdoor runs and sprints in a fun, teamwork atmosphere.

Lower Body

A 45 minute high intensity, low impact experience using rowers/assault bikes for your cardio. In between cardio bouts we will focus on upper body movements to get your heart rate up, while building lean muscle and burning fat. Pick up a kettlebell, hop on the TRX, or grab some weights for training that is built for strength and endurance in your legs, glutes, and hips.

Core and Cardio

A 45 minute cardio intensive class where we keep your heart rate up, while strengthening your core. We keep the intensity high, impact low, and work as a team to burn hundreds of calories. We Row/Bike and focus on stabilizing the entire core to give you the strength you need to reduce lower back pain and improve posture.

Total Body Row/Bike

A 45 minute high intensity, low impact experience using rowers/spin bikes for your cardio. In between cardio boots we will focus on upper body movements to get your heart rate up, while building lean muscle and burning fat. Pick up a kettlebell, hop on the TRX, or grab some weights for training that is built for strength and endurance in your lower body, upper body, and core.
